GENERAL TERMS OF CREDIT CARD SALES AND DELIVERY
1. General conditions
The buyer acknowledges these terms of business by accepting our listed prices in our website and placing an order with credit card or Paypal payment methods.
2. Prices
The ex works prices listed on this website at the time of the purchase shall be taken to calculate the price. The shipping costs and taxes will be appearing on the website during the purchase steps and will be approved by the customer before the charge of the payment.
3. VAT
22% Finnish VAT will be added automatically to the product price and shipment cost if the buyer is located in one of the EU countries. If the buyer is located outside EU countries, the prices will be charged excluding VAT. Business customers and distributors from EU countries, who intend to resell the products, should contact us directly for avoiding the VAT charge.
4. Delivery
The listed prices are for delivery ex works. Shipment cost is added according to the chosen shipment method by the customer. Orders placed will be supplied at the date mentioned in the confirmation of the order. For the stock items, shipments are made normally within one week. Unforeseen interruptions of operations, raw material shortages and any cases of Force Major release us from the obligation to deliver for the duration of this impediment. In case of delivery delays of more than 2 weeks caused by such impediments, the buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and receive the full refund payment.
5. Shipment
All products shall be dispatched according to the chosen shipment method by the customer after processing the credit card payment. The shipment cost will be included in the credit card charge. Additional costs incurred due to special dispatch requests of the buyer must be met by the buyer. In case of damaged shipments, the customer has to take all measures for due notification and damage assessment without delay.
6. Warranty
The products are warranted until the written expiry date. No warranty is granted if the instructions for handling and using the supplied products, in particular, stock temperatures given on the packaging of our products, are disregarded. Notices of defects shall only be taken into account if the same are given in writing and without delay on receipt of the products and by presenting our bill of delivery note. Return shipments shall only be accepted by us after previous written approval. If we receive no notice of defects within 8 days, the products shall be deemed to have been taken over free of any defects. We settle justified notices of defects by replacement or conversion, as we desire, the purchase price being credited. Any further rights and claims shall be excluded.
7. Damages
Ani Biotech Oy shall be liable for damage to property or personal injury caused by or in products sold only if done intentionally, however, in any case, limited to the amount of the purchase price, unless mandatory legal stipulations otherwise provide. Place of performance, applicable law and venue Substantive Finnish law shall apply to the interpretation of the contract, any rights and obligations of the contracting parties as well as any questions relating to the execution, validity and implementation of the contract.
